TEN40FOUR BLANX have a 14-day return policy. All orders for exchange or refund MUST be returned within 14 days of receipt of order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, any removal of the neck label tag, will automatically stop you from gaining a refund or exchange. You’ll also need the invoice, receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return or refund please contact the returns team via email :

Stating your order number and reason for return. One of the team will then assist you until your exchange or refund is complete. We do ask our customers to cover return shipping. If your exchange or refund is granted we will then refund your shipping costs (for refund) or cover return shipping of your exchange to your chosen address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges :

Will be processed within 7 working days and replacements sent out accordingly.

Refunds :

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 14 days for it to enter your account.
